Chocolate Chocolate Chip Cookies

I'm a big sucker for homemade chocolate chip cookies, but one day I had a craving for MORE chocolate. I googled and found this recipe, made some slight changes/substitutes and got to baking.

Don't mind my beat up baking pans. M is to blame.

I'm going to be honest...didn't hit the spot. Don't get me wrong, they were very, very good... but they weren't exactly what I was looking for. I was looking for cookies that were almost brownie like - chewy, heavy, like from a delicious cafe.
