My life has been nothing short of hours upon hours of chaos the last few days (late hours at work, LIRR sucking at life, child who's pushing back his bedtime). All of my plans of preparing ahead of time were basically thrown out the window. So here I am, 8:21pm the night before our Irish Day party, and I'm just getting started cooking, baking, decorating.
